Financial arrangements
Payment is expected at the time of your service however we can make accommodations to your particular circumstances. We offer and accept Care Credit and would like to be concerned with your dentistry - not your financial responsibilities.
Registration
We ask that you bring your basic information on your first day to establish and update your medical records and business accounts. Notify the office of any changes in name, address, phone number or insurance policies should they occur. We look forward to helping you with teeth whitening and general dentistry in Beatrice.
Appointments
We will do our absolute best to keep to your appointment schedule, though understand that emergencies sometimes do occur, in these cases we apologize for possible delays. We also make sure you are aware of openings in the schedule should you wish to have an earlier appointment than we can provide for.
Emergency care
Every day we have a certain amount of time kept free for emergency patients. If you have a problem that requires emergency service, please contact us as early as possible. Our doctor can also be reached by calling (402) 223-5109. After completing your dental treatment, we will be sure to place you on our continuing care program and to pre-schedule you for a return visit to our Beatrice office. Such appointments are to prevent small issues from growing and becoming more expensive.
Insurance
We will submit primary insurance claims for you, providing you have given us with the most current information. However, policy coverage varies between companies and any misunderstandings that transpire are between you and your insurance companies. We will do everything we can to help you in your dispute, though in the end it is between you and your insurance.
